USE OF TURBO PLASTIC MILL

This machine is used for grinding PVC,PP,PE,PET, rubber, nylon etc material,the hardness of which is from low to middle, and HDPE etc which are being tested grinding successfully.

Plastic mill parts-the fixed knife and rotational knife

This two parts is wear and tear. Their material quality decide the using life of plastic grinder parts. The usual material include 96Silica, Nickel-molybdenum alloy steel, High temperature wear-resisting steel. 96Silica material parts is smooth process, small size error, low cost , the price is cheap. Nickel-molybdenum alloy steel is made from mixing of different kinds of proportional metal material.
