VB series plastic blenders working principle:

Use the rotatory screw with fast rapid to increase the raw material to top from bottom ,and then drop to the bottom in the form of umbrella shape. The raw material roll over and blend in the tank. Within short time,large great number of material can be mixed.

If with function of heating, when blending the material, start the function of heating, the high temperature gas will full of tank, bcs of the raw material roll over up and down ,so the raw material can be dried rapidly.
